Mommy and Me Yoga: Sundays 10:45am-12:00pm
“This class is based on my personal practice built around the joys, discomforts, and hilariousness of parenting small humans. Parents and babies ages 0-9 months can look forward to a class that includes a community building check-in, hatha style yoga for mama(or papa) and some playful baby yoga. Comfortable space will be available for nursing, bottle feeding and diaper changes, in a warm and carpeted studio room.”
Prenatal Yoga: Sundays 1pm-2:30pm
“Prenatal Yoga can help to develop a deep internal awareness of you and your baby while increasing your energy, vitality, and comfort. We will begin with a short meditation practice to help improve your concentration and focus, along with breathing exercises to deepen relaxation, relieve stress, and improve circulation. Our class is an opportunity for you to release tightness, tension, and other discomforts associated with your pregnancy, while strengthening the muscles and the mind in a safe environment surrounded by women who are experiencing similar changes in their bodies.”
Yoga After Baby – Starting or Restarting Your Practice

Navigating exercise after having a baby can be challenging. Join yoga mama Emily Deumling for a postpartum workshop where you will learn:
-How to safely start or restart your yoga practice
-The benefits of yoga in bringing health and vitality to your body postpartum
-Yogic techniques for promoting hormone and mood balance
-Exercises to tone and strengthen the pelvic floor
Plus you can connect with other moms who understand the joys and challenges of giving birth and raising a new baby!
*Appropriate for women who are at least 6 weeks postpartum.
