Are you new to yoga and looking to learn more about the basics before jumping into group classes? Find that you would love to attend classes more often, but none are offered at the right time? Or maybe you just need a little help figuring out how to get from Downward Dog into a low lunge? These are just a few of the reasons students decide to take private lessons.
Each lesson is geared towards your personal needs. We will start with a conversation over the phone or email about what you are looking for, so that at your first lesson we are both ready to dive into the practice of yoga. One lesson may be enough, or we can continue to add richness and depth with regular 1:1 lessons.
